over the last few weeks i have been organising a conference at the gold coast and love my job, cause i got to go and watch it all unfold.
really, all you need to see is this - yes that was the view from where i spent 3 days working. i know one person who i can hear saying 'get fucked' when she sees it
and in between the work view and the work, i did actually fit in a couple of walks on the beach and a sit by the pool. the pool was 28 degrees, but by the time i managed to dip more than a toe in, it didn't quite feel so warm.
now that dave works from home, he also sees the benefit in this flexible lifestyle and got to accompany me and work from the terrible room that we had to stay in.
