i never knew how awesome panko crusted anything was, till i discovered panko mock duck which we had at my sister's place....and all of this offering is vegan. no anythings were harmed for this treat

rice with fake ham, veges, thai basil and tamari
brocolli with sesame and ginger sauce

topped with small chop cucumber
