windows operating system, pick me, pick me

i haven't blogged for a couple of weeks and i said to Dave, i need a blog and as if by magic, the blog heavens opened and the phone rang and it was the indian call centre, looking for mrs swords to help her fix her windows operating system.  yes yes yes, i was delighted to take the call.  It was about this time last year, that i got my annual call from windows operating system about my problem and of course i blogged about that. windows phone spam
i told the call centre that i would put my husband on because we have been waiting for this call.  oh, i lit up inside.
so after a bit of small talk with the windows operating technician, dave asked to speak to a supervisor
Window's operating system spammer complied and put someone else on the phone
Well dave said to the supervisor, you sound senior enough and off he went.....
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah it went on for 6 glorious minutes and i know, caused i taped it all on my phone so i can revisit it any time.
Eventually, dave asked to speak to the compensation department, but their wasn't one, then he asked for the apology letter department and their wasn't one, we were told that we could get $5000US compensation once we had our problem fixed by them (if we give them access to our computer) but no, we weren't going to do that, but what Dave did do, was ask them to hold while he spoke to his supervisor.
Daves supervisor just happened to be a trip to the bins, cause it was garbage night and surprise surprise, they had hung up by the time he got back....
what the hell are we going to do next year when they ring?
